Bernd Steinebrunner, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, is driven by his genuine care for clients and a talent for organization. Originally from Germany, he pursued his passion for electrical engineering before transitioning into financial planning to follow his passion for making a difference in people’s lives. This journey has enriched his ability to connect deeply with clients, drawing on his experiences of raising three now adult children and living on two continents.
Before starting his career, he earned his bachelor’s of science degree in electrical engineering at Fachhochschule Ulm in Germany. He also earned his Executive Certificate at UCLA Anderson School of Management. In 2019, he joined Parliament Wealth as one of 4 Partners.
Bernd's approach goes beyond numbers; it's about understanding each client's unique aspirations and values. By forging strong, empathetic relationships, he ensures that every financial strategy aligns with these personal priorities. He helps his clients not only achieve financial success but also gain a sense of security and fulfillment, knowing their futures are in capable hands.
Bernd has been married for 32 years and has three adult children. For over 10 years he’s been involved with and supported Family Promise of Orange County, a non-profit that helps homeless families, and he is actively involved in his church. He is a member of the Photographic Society of Orange County, pursuing his hobby as a photographer—Bernd has published 4 photography books on Amazon and is working on his 5th. Additionally, he is a member of the South Coast BMW Riders Club, and can often be found riding his BMW RnineT motorcycle. His other hobbies include traveling (to see family in Germany or to indulge in his photography passion), hiking/backpacking, and skiing.

- Visiting my family in Germany along with my wife and kids and going to the cabin in the Black Forest that my grandfather built in the 1930s

- Give and you shall receive, or "pay it forward". Be caring, empathetic, and generous with your time, treasure, and talent and you will live a joyful life, rather than "just" a happy life.
